Guess what, guess what, guess what?!? It has been warm here in the North. So weird. All the whites gone too. I’m wondering if there will be white Christmas this year 😁 I am not complaining tho. As much as I love Winter, my job requires me to work outside a minute or two every other day, an hour or more every other week, so too cold, too much snow, is nuh’uh for me now 😁😬😁😬 But yeah, I don’t remember Winter is this warm before.
I have been watching SWAT, the new series. Since it is basing on the old series, the OST is just too memorable 😊
But you know it. I am not here to talk about movies and whatnot, but to share recipe 😁
Last week I attended a potluck Christmas party. I brought this pasta salad. Just by using 1 bag of pasta, it feeds a lot. You can come up with a lot of varieties of your own too. Soooo simple.
1 bag of bow ties (500 g)
1 can of garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
1 small container mini tomatoes
1 tub feta cheese
1 tub bocconcini cheese
1 bottle Greek Feta and Oregano dressing
Olive oil
Peanut oil
Salt
Bring enough water to boil, seasoned with salt and a tbsp of peanut oil
Drop in bow ties, and bring back to boil, cook for 10-13 mins, drain, cool for 5 mins, dump pasta onto a large bowl. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
Drain garbanzo beans and rinse. Dump beans onto the bowl, stir to mix.
Crumble feta cheese onto the bowl, stir to mix.
Add in bocconcini and sweet mini tomatoes, stir to mix.
Season with dressing (the more the tastier!)
Chill an H or two, serve!!
