Guess what? Am back in Canada and that means back to Dayquil and Nyquil. Meh! Yep. Not sure if this is due to jetlag, Winter still, caught something during travels home or from work, or am seriously not cut to live in the North as am easily sick with cold, flu, and the friends. Idk. 🙈🙉🙊
So not fun. I hate being sicky like almost always. In the end, I will end up with liver problem, not thanks to yummy alcoholic drinks, but from medicines! 😬😬😬😬
Anyhoo. We are back with recipe sharing again it means, and this following dish was planned to be shared during my stay in Indonesia but I shared travelog(s) instead 😁
A bunch of fresh green beans, sliced
1 zucchini, cubed thinly
2 tbsp peanut oil
3 garlic, sliced
Granule mushrooms to taste
Vegeta powder to taste
Ground white pepper, a generous pinch or two
Ready to use fried garlic, about 1-2 tbsp
Rinse zucchini and green beans, set aside
Heat oil and saute garlic until fragrant
Stir in sliced veggies, cook for 5-7 mins, stirring occasionally, until somewhat tender. Placing a lid on would help the process, quicker.
Take off lid, season. Put lid back on, stirring occasionally, and cook until veggies tender
Serve immediately! Super easy, right? 😉
Stir Fry Zucchini
Ingredients
