Hope this finds everyone well. It’s weekend but I have been up since 4.45 AM, on the dot. Meh. Wish I could have slept more, but the brain and body doesn’t recognize weekends. To them, it’s my daily schedule 🤪🤪🤪🤪 I am hoping come Tuesday I would be able to wake up much earlier tho, like 3 AM, as by 4, we have to be at the airport already 😳😅😳

This following food is how we would have our fried rice in Indonesia. With fried egg, fried shrimp chips (crackers), sprinkled with fried onion. However, am a lazy person. So this fried rice isn’t actually fried 😜
2 1/2 c rice (yep I said flour in the vlog 🤣)
5 baby carrots
10 drops Maggi liquid seasoning
2-3 Beef wieners
2-3 heaping tbsp sweet corn kernels
2-3 heaping tbsp sweet peas
2 tbsp peanut oil
At least 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
Enough water
Dump rice into rice cooker bowl, rinse clean
Slice carrots and dump into the bowl as well
Do the same with beef wieners
Add in corn, peas and water
Season with the rest of the ingredients
Click cook rice
Once cooked, fluff the rice, and serve “fried” rice with fried egg, shrimp chips, chives and fried onion

Nasi Goreng Rice Cooker
Ingredients
