Hiiiiiiiiii….ve!
Don’t throw paper rocks at me, but today’s recipe sharing is what I made back in October 🤣 I have mentioned quite a few times now that I have MANY videos thats I have yet touched, edited, or stitched as one to make a proper recipe sharing and one of them is this following vlog! It was recorded for Thanksgiving last year 😜
In my defense, I can eat (pumpkin) pie ANYTIME. Be it Fall, be it Spring, be it my birthday, etc. You know I love pies and would always prefer it better than cakes 😜
Anyhoo.
Too good not to share, so here is Pumpkin Pie recipe for you to bookmark for future Thanksgiving 😉
2 1/2 c flour
2 tbsp sugar
A pinch of salt
1/4 tsp allspice powder
3/4 c vegetable oil
3 tbsp cold milk
1 can Libby’s (pumpkin) pie filling
2 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 – 1/2 tsp allspice powder (optional, watch the vlog)
Maple cookies (optional)
Mix flour, sugar, allspice powder, and salt in a bowl. Add in oil and milk, knead. Press mixture on pie plate, forming a pie crust, set aside
Beat eggs in a bowl then stir in pie filling, milk, and additional allspice powder if you like. Pour mixture onto pie crust.
Bake pie on preheated 425 F for 15 mins. Take out from oven, wrap foil around it, bake for another 35-40 mins on 350 F
May you have a nice Sunday!
