Good morning, Sunshines!
It is 6 am here in North East BC , Canada, and my sleep wasn’t good at all. The night was hot, yes that could be a reason why, but mainly since my 12 yo left for camping with the whole Grade 6 of his school since yesterday til Wednesday. Yep, am worrying big time. Bears are awake, that’s why ???? Here is crossing fingers that he is having the greatest time while safe and sound.
Today’s cookie recipe is one that you should give a try! I had cream cheese spread that was close to its best date, and found a bag of dark baking chocolate that is sugar free while strolling Winners days prior, so I thought, hmm cream cheese cookies it is and they turned up yummo ?
