Hello Friends!
Last weekend I managed to drag my husband for a walk in the nearby forest, while the weather was lovely. For sure that evening it started to snow again, on Monday and even today it’s still snowing, shoveling the driveway has been awesome ? In fact, weather networks predict it won’t stop snowing until late Thursday night. Yikes. The good news, we can see more sun light these days. Kinda giving hope Winter will be over soon ?
For today’s recipe share, it is one of my favorite of Indonesian traditional desserts/sweets. I won’t know what to call it in English, it’s almost like soup dish, but it really is not ? It is banana in sweet sauce? It’s not thick tho, broth? It doesn’t consist meat nor veggies. See, it’s not easy to call it…but like a soup ?
Anyhoo! It’s a dessert ?
