The wind is crazy strong today, since yesterday. Cold to go out, meh!
Today I have potato wedges to share, nothing special as am kinda lazy to do anything today ?
My potatoes seem a lot, yes, but I divide in two. Some for my family as they eat earlier than I do, and I saved some for myself when I break the fast, in other words, you can lessen the amount of the potatoes and obv adjust the seasoning to your liking ?
5 large potatoes, cut into sticks
1 c flour
Seasoning of your choice
At least 2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 – 1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp Vegeta powder
Generous pinch of onion powder
Generous pinch of celery salt
1 tsp of paprika powder
Kentang Bumbu
Ingredients
- 5 large potatoes cut into sticks
- 1 c flour
- Seasoning of your choice
- At least 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 – 1 tbsp of salt
- 1 tbsp Vegeta powder
- Generous pinch of onion powder
- Generous pinch of celery salt
- 1 tsp of paprika powder
Instructions
- Scrub clean your potatoes, wash, pat to dry, cut into fingers/sticks
- Mix flour and the other spices/powder
- Coat potato slices with flour mixture
- Place onto aluminum foil lined tray
- Bake for 45 mins on preheated 400 F
