Hope you guys are well. For two days in a row our weather has been chilly as if Autumn is here already. I wanted to say so strange, but it’s 2020, a strange year.
By now I am sure everyone have heard and seen the news of what happened in Beirut, Lebanon yesterday. So, so, so sad. 2020, seriously, a wild year we are having throughout the world ?

For today’s recipe, I have a hamburger bun recipe. A bun that won’t get too soggy as soon as ketchup and/or other condiment spread on it. Don’t you just hate it when your burger just fall apart?
My two boys hate that with store bought buns ?
1 c water
2 tbsp butter
1 egg
3 1/4 c breadflour
1/4 c sugar
3 tsp salt
3 tsp active dry yeast
Melted butter
Sesame seeds

Hamburger Buns
Ingredients
- 1 c water
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- 3 1/4 c bread flour
- 1/4 c sugar
- 3 tsp salt
- 3 tsp active dry yeast
Topping
- Melted butter
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Place everything into your bread maker bowl
- Select dough cycle
- Dump dough onto flat surface, divide into portions
- Shape each portion into round roll
- Let rise again
- Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Bake 20 mins on preheated 350 F
