Good Morning!
I love baking with my breadmaker. Most of the times I’d make white/sweet loaves only though. Occasionaly I would use it to proof dough for rolls, flatbread, etc. Wish there was a bread maker that could make/shape doughnuts and whatnot tho. Wait, there is, it’s called bakery ?
Enough rambling ?
This following breadmaker sweet loaf is so good toasted and then have it with cinnamon spread. Sweet enough to be served as is without anything (not toasted, no spread), and great to be served with a glass of cold milk, regardless cold days of Winter ?
2 c water
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 1/4 c strong baker’s flour
1/2 c each brown sugar and skim milk powder
A generous pinch of salt
1 tbsp active dry yeast
Let the breadmaker do its magic!
