I have been preparing this shrimps for a couple of nights in a row now, for my husband. He likes it very much. He is doing keto at the moment, and when I say keto, it is more to like lazy keto hahaha No macro counting and whatnot. As long as the carb intake throughout the day is no greater than 25 g, all is good 😀
This shrimps is pretty filling for him and it is pretty simple and quick to prepare. So win-win 😀
I also never really use exact measurement, so it’s depending on your liking 😀
- 1 bag of shrimps (sometimes I use no shell shrimps, other time shell still intact – am sharing two differ pictures, just to show).
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- garlic powder, onion powder, Vegeta powder, ground white pepper, to taste
- 1-2 tsp dry chives
Method:
- If your shrimps are frozen, give a quick rinse just to separate them one another
- Place shrimps and butter on nonstick pan
- Once butter start melting, stir shrimps and sprinkle with seasoning
- Cook shrimps until pinkish/reddish
- Sprinkle with chives
- Take off from heat
That would take only 5-8 mins 😀 Super quick, super easy, and definitely yummo 😀
