Good Morning,
How’s your weekend so far? We had tornado on Friday night. 6 funnels but only 2 touched down and they were considered weak. They did wreck some houses though. The lightning strikes were crazy plenty and scary.
2020, I tell ya. Weird year.
Yesterday despite the wet day, we planted some raspberries. We pulled out the dead ones (dead due to the flood we had a month or so ago) and used the slots to plant new ones. Crossing fingers for these new ones as Fall is almost here.
Today’s recipe that am sharing is another Indonesian dish, called Ayam Kuluyuk, or sweet and sour chicken in English ?
