My littles have birthday parties invitations this coming Saturday, but guess what on the news today? Allegedly there are new cases of Covid 19 on our small town at a day care and from a birthday party. Gosh darn it. Wasn’t this pandemic supposed to be a hoax? ?

Today’s recipe is a super simple lunch I prepared for the boys, breaded luncheon meat, known as Rantott Parizsi in Hungary.
- 8 slices of turkey luncheon meat with herbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 c flour
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp mushroom granules
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil

Ingredients
- 8 slices of luncheon meat
- 2 eggs
- 1 c flour
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp mushroom granules
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Beat eggs, stir in a little milk/water
- Roll luncheon meat in eggs
- Coat luncheon meat in flour
- Roll it back to beaten eggs
- Coat with bread crumbs
- Fry until golden brown on both sides
