Sunny day we are having, so lovely. We moved and chopped some logs for our fire place. Boys had fun helping their father, and he surprised them with creamy long John doughnuts that they enjoyed under the sun ?
When we returned inside the house, we found the kitties sleeping under the window, where the sun fell right on them. Must have been so nice, warm sunbathing time for the kittens ????
I have Agua Fresca to share today and it is of watermelon. So refreshing with the touch of like flavor ?
- 750 ml x 2 watermelon flesh
- 5 – 6 tbsp sugar
- 2-3 tbsp lime juice
- 2 c water

- 750 ml x 2 watermelon flesh
- 5 – 6 tbsp sugar
- 2-3 tbsp lime juice
- 2 c water
Instructions
- Place everything in Instant Pot blender, process into smoothie, strain for the juice only
- Serve chilled
