Yes, by now I am sure you can tell that my household loves any sorts of bakso, which is Indonesian beef balls, meatballs, fish balls, chicken balls, mushroom balls, whichever hahahah
Most common bakso in Indonesian for sure are chicken balls, meatballs, beef balls, and fish balls. In recent years though, I found quite a few Indonesians make mushroom balls, which is vegan/vegetarian version of bakso.
Today I am sharin bakso ayam, which is using chicken only, rather than a mix of beef and chicken 🙂
I always find chicken to be easier to work with rather than with beef or all beef 😛

- Once water in the pot boiling, turn down heat to medium and let it simmer
