Made super simple fried rice (nasi goreng) last night, just adding whatever I had in the fridge and pantry lol This is what happens when mommy is lazy 😛 Luckily, boys love fried rice, and surprisingly, my youngest fell in love with smoked oyster, wow!
This recipe easily makes 6 servings btw!
- cooked rice, enough for 4-6 servings
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 large beef sausage/wieners, thinly sliced
- 1 box smoked oyster in oil, drain, don’t rinse
- 4 eggs
- 1 can sweet corn kernels, drain
- 3 tbsp chives
- garlic powder, onion powder, Vegeta powder, mushroom granules, ground white pepper, to taste
Method
- Melt butter, scrambled eggs. Stir in sliced wieners, cook for 5 mins
- Stir in cooked rice, cook 5 mins
- Add seasonings, adjust to your liking
- Stir in smoked oyster and lastly corn kernels, cook 5-8 minutes
- Add in chives, cook 2 mins
- Serve immediately
