Yesterday we got our kittens. We named them Charlie and Furball (Oreo). They are both black and white. Charlie has socks on his legs while Furball….you guessed it, fluffy fur ????
But am more to sharing recipe, so no pictures nor videos of them yet ?
Today’s sandwich loaf is Apple Pie Sandwich Loaf.
I called it as so since it has apple chunks in it and also flavored with apple pie spice ?
- 1 1/4 c water
- 2 tbsp butter/margarine (df/regular)
- Lemon juice (see video) – optional
- 3 1/4 c bread flour
- 1/4 c milk powder (soy/coconut/regular skim/full fat)
- 1/4 c sugar
- Apple pie spice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 c active day yeast
Diced apples, soaked in lemon juice, sprinkled with apple pie spice

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c water

- 3 1/4 c bread flour
- 1/4 c milk powder soy/coconut/regular skim/full fat
- 1/4 c sugar
- Apple pie spice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 c active day yeast
- Diced apples soaked in lemon juice, sprinkled with apple pie spice
Instructions
- Place ingredients in the order given
- Choose number 8 on the bread maker, click start
- Once beeped (after 32 mins), add in apples
