I love my mother egg foo yung as hers would always have crab meat. In Canada crab meat is bloody expensive so mine egg foo yung always the simplest one hahaha
We like egg foo yung with warm rice and stir fry, as simple as that, and no complaints from my little family 😀
The sauce I made today is a bit different than I would normally make. I am trying to use up some of the canned tomato soup I have in the patry, hence it is a different kind of sauce today 😀
Omelets per your faved recipe
Sauce
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp diced onion
Sugar, salt, vinegar, to taste
Water as needed
Heat oil, saute garlic and onion
Pour in tomato soup
Season with sugar, salt, vinegar
Stir in water as needed
Pour sauce onto omelet
