Sometimes…just sometimes, I do not like food groups/websites/blogs/platforms, they give me too much ideas what to try to cook and bake, and even when I am always home, thanks to the Covid-19, I do not seem to have the time to try each and every yumminess I want to try, and that makes me sad hahahha
Just like this taco soup, I saw someone posted or rather asking about taco soup, so I ended up Googling, as I never had taco soup, and BOOM, here is my version lol
250 g ground beef, brown
Stir in, until soften:
1/2 onion
1 tsp minced garlic
Add in:
Cubed potatoes, baby carrots
Cook for 5 mins
Add in the rest:
3 tsp cumin whole
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic and onion powder
2 beef cubes
2 tomato soup
4 cans of water
1 pinto beans
1 corn
Boil medium heat until potatoes and carrots tender
Serve with pasta or rice!

Taco Soup
Ingredients
- 250 g ground beef brown
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Cubed potatoes baby carrots
- 3 tsp cumin whole
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic and onion powder
- 2 beef cubes
- 2 to mato soup
- 4 cans of water
- 1 pinto beans
- 1 corn
Instructions
- Once beef is browned
- Stir in garlic and onion, until fragrant
- Add in potatoes and carrots, cook for at least 5 mins
- Then pour in tomato soup, water, and season with spices
- Add in beans and corn
- Boil medium heat until potatoes and carrots tender
- Serve with pasta or rice
