Broken Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
Obviously you can use macaroni or other pastas (but not lasagna noodle ?).
I had none of those but spaghetti, nevertheless ????
Cooked broken spaghetti for 4 portions
3 garlic, slice
1 med onion, dice
2 tbsp veg oil
Saute until soft but dont brown the onion and garlic
Stir in:
500 g ground beef
Cook until light brown, then add in:
4 med tomatoes, cubed
2 bell peppers, cubed
1 tbsp celery salt
1/2 tbsp Vegeta powder
A couple drops Tabasco sauce, habanero flavor
Generous drops Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c water
Simmer, covered, 20 mins
Stir in:
1 can sliced mushroom, drain and rinse
Cook for another 5-8 mins
Serve with pasta 😀

Meat Sauce

- 1/2 tbsp Vegeta powder
- A couple drops Tabasco sauce habanero flavor
- Generous drops Worcestershire sauce
- 2/3 c water
- 1 can sliced mushroom drain and rinse
Instructions
- Saute until soft but dont brown the onion and garlic
- Add in ground beef, cook until light brown
- Add in the rest of the ingredients but mushroom, simmer, covered, for 20 mins
- Stir in mushrooms, cook for another 5-8 mins
- Server with broken spaghetti
