3 tbsp skim milk powder
Enough water, mixed with milk powder, to produce 287 ml liquid
400 g bread flour
200 g ap flour
85 g sugar
A generous pinch of salt
120 g sourdough starter
2 eggs
Knead in:
55 g margarine
Let rest 6 H
Roll flat and spread/sprinkle:
Enough melted margarine
Enough raisin
Enough brown sugar
Enough cinnamon powder
Roll and slice
Place on Dutch oven
Let stand 2 H
Cover and chill over night
Bake at preheated 375 F for 35-45 mins
Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
