Simple, delish, packed with protein!
300 g ground beef, brown
Add in:
1/2 c rice, rinsed, soak in 1 c water for 5-10 mins (or during browning the ground beef)
Cook until water absorbed
Stir in:
1 tsp cumin
Pour in:
2 cans condensed tomato soup
4 cans water (measure using the tomato soup can)
Add in:
1 can chickpeas, drain
Baby carrots, as many as you wish
2 bay leaf
Season with:
4 tsp Vegeta powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp celery salt
Cook until rice is cooked and carrots tender
Tomato Rice Soup
Ingredients

- 4 cans water measure using the tomato soup can
- 1 can chickpeas drain
- Baby carrots as many as you wish
- 2 bay leaf
- 4 tsp Vegeta powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp celery salt
Instructions
- Rinse rice, soak in 1 c water for 5-10 mins
- Brown beef, add in rice
- Cook until water absorbed
- Stir in cumin
- Pour in soup and water
- Add in chickpeas, carrots and bay lkeaf
- Season with Vegeta, garlic, and celery salt
- Cook until rice is cooked and carrots tender
