Mix and let bloom:
2 tbsp skim milk powder
Enough lukewarm water (to make 500 ml liquid, mixed with the milk powder)
1/2 c sugar
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
Add in:
1/2 c melted margarine
2 c AP flour
1 c bread flour
Let rest 1 H
Add in:
1 c bread flour mixed with 1/2 tsp each salt, BP, BSoda
Knead 1 minute, roll into rectangle
Spread:
1 tin Pandan condensed milk (if cant find, use regular sweetened condensed milk)
Sprinkle:
Unsweetened desiccated coconut
Roll, slice, let rest 20 mins (will doubled in size again) and bake on preheated 375 F convection oven for 10 mins

Instructions
- Mix skim milk powder and lukewarm water, to make 500 ml milk liquid. Stir in sugar and yeast, let stand to bloom
- Add in margarine, flour, and bread flour (1st mixture)
- Let rest for 1 H
- Add in more bread flour mixture (2nd mixture)
- Knead 1 minute, roll into rectangle
- Spread pandan condensed milk
- Sprinkle unsweetened desiccated coconut
- Roll, slice, let rest 20 mins (will doubled in size again) and bake on preheated 375 F convection oven for 10 mins
