Sometimes we call this following vegetable dish as Orak-Arik, some other times Urak-Arik
A very easy stir fry that my oldest sis used to prepare, growing up.
She never added Vienna chicken sausage though, just the carrots and eggs 😀
Great to be served with warm rice 😀
8-10 large carrots, grated
2 tins Vienna sausage, sliced
6 large eggs, beaten
2 tbsp olive oil
6 garlic, diced
1 tbsp each mushroom granules and Vegeta powder
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
Heat oil, saute garlic
Stir in carrots, cook til soften, 8 mins
Add in beaten eggs and spices, stir
Add in sausages
Serve with warm rice

Ingredients

Instructions
- Heat oil, saute garlic
- Stir in carrots, cook til soften, 8 mins
