This is basing on Indonesian Sop Ayam, but I add red lentil and instead chicken pieces, ground chicken 😉
250 g ground chicken
Baby carrots, sliced
Baby potatoes, cubed
1 tin chicken Viennan sausage, sliced
1/2 c red rentil, rinsed
1 c macaroni
4 garlic
1/2 small onion
Ground white pepper to taste
2 chicken cubes
Enough water
1 tbsp olive oil
Heat oil, brown chicken
Add in garlic and onion, cook til soften
Add in carrots and potatoes, stir
Pour in enough water, bring to boil
Add in red lentils and macaroni
Lower heat to medium, cook until macaroni al dente, veggies soften
Season with chicken cubes and white pepper
