We recently watched Noelle on Disney+, and my 5 yo (he will be 6 this Christmas eve!) said, next year we will be The Kringles. Yep, he wants to be Santa Claus and delivers presents to kids around the world 🤣
I told him, let’s see. Who knows maybe I will win 20 million dollars lottery, right? 😉
For now, let’s just deliver some cookies as a start 😁
2 cans sweetened coconut condensed milk (@195 ml)
2 c df choc chips
2 c sweetened or unsweetened desiccated coconut
2 c sweetened or unsweetened coconut flour (homemade)
3/4 c almond flour
A generous pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Almond Joy Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cans sweetened coconut condensed milk @195 ml
- 2 c df choc chips
- 2 c sweetened or unsweetened desiccated coconut
- 2 c sweetened or unsweetened coconut flour homemade
- 3/4 c almond flour
- A generous pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven 325 F
- Mix all ingredients
- Shape into balls (flatten if you like)
- Bake for 10 mins
- Cool totally before storing (cookies will firm up as they cooled down)
