Went to a restaurant for lunch, the 4 of us, and we had the restaurant staffs sang birthday song for my babe, he was so happy ππππ Yep, when your birthday is just before Christmas, and you want more people to sing for you as you blow your candle out, go to a restaurant ππππ
Last recipe from this year cookie tray is the following Thumb Print Jam Cookies π€€
1 c df butter (golden shortening) or margarine
2/3 c sugar (superfine)
1/2 tbsp Mexican vanilla
2 c flour
Jam of your choice
Beat fat and sugar
Beat in vanilla
Mix in flour
Shape into balls and press center with your thumb
Place 1 tsp jam
Bake 10 mins on preheated 350 F convection ovenΒ

- 1/2 tbsp Mexican vanilla
- 2 c flour
- Jam of your choice
Instructions
- Beat fat and sugar
- Beat in vanilla
- Mix in flour
