I have a very nice cookie recipe to use up those ripe bananas you have on the counter 😉
These cookies didn’t last long among my boys, my husband, and the boys friend. This mommy only had 2 in fact, them boys forgot me 😅😅😅😅

2 ripe bananas
1 envelope Dr Oetker instant oatmeal (Maple & Brown Sugar)
2 c flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp BSoda
A pinch of salt
1 c brown sugar
1/4 c monk fruit sugar
1/4 c vegan margarine
1/2 c almond butter
1 tsp Mexican vanilla extract
1 c DF choc chips
Almond Butter Chocolate Chips Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 envelope Dr Oetker instant oatmeal Maple & Brown Sugar
- 2 c flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp BSoda
- A pinch of salt
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c monk fruit sugar
- 1/4 c vegan margarine
- 1/2 c almond butter
- 1 tsp Mexican vanilla extract
- 1 c DF choc chips
Instructions
- Mash bananas
- Mix dry ingredients
- Beat sugars, marg, nut butter, vanilla
- Beat in bananas
- Mix dry into wet
- Fold in choc chips
- Bake preheated 350 F 10-12 mins
