You might see the picture that is different to the rissole you were thinking of. Well, let me tell you that this is Indonesia style rissole, and it’s known as Risoles in Indonesia.
It is so good that even non Indonesians liking these finger food. I see quite a few ladies in town selling them, either Filipino style or Indonesia style, but of course homemade is better 😀
Filling
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp oil
- 4 garlic
- 1/4 of a large onion
- 1 c ground beef
Instructions
- Saute, brown beef
- Add in 1 celery, diced. 15 @ baby carrots and baby potatoes, diced
- Pour in 1/3 c broth
- Cook covered til veggies tender
- Then thickened it with 2 tbsp flour mixed with 4 tbsp water, set aside to room temp
Skin:
- 150 g flour
- A pinch of salt
- 300 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Make thin omelet/pancake until all batter used up
- Take 1 skin, add filing, roll into spring roll-like
Coating:
- Enough milk
- Enough breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Dip rolls in milk then coat with breadcrumbs
- Fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown

- Saute garlic and onion until fragrant, then brown beef
- Add in diced of 1 celery, diced of 15 baby carrots and baby potatoes
- Pour in 1/3 c broth
- Cook covered til veggies tender, then thickened it with 2 tbsp flour mixed with 4 tbsp water
- Set aside to room temp

- Take 1 skin, add filing, roll into spring roll-like

1 gelas daging cincang
3 sdm minyak goreng
4 bawang putih, iris
1/4 bawang bombay besar, potong dadu kecil
1/3 gelas air kaldu
2 sdm terigu larutkan dalam 4 sdm air
Masing2 15 buah kentang kecil, serta wortel kecil (baby potatoes, baby carrots), potong dadu kecil
1 batang seledri bule (celery), potong dadu
Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang2an
Masukkan daging, masak hingga cokelat
Masukkan sayuran, masak hingga melunak
Kentalkan dgn cairan terigu
Kulit:
150 g terigu
Sejumput garam
300 cc susu
1 butir telur
2 sdm mentega, cairkan
Campurkan hingga mulus
Bikin dadar tipis
Ambil 1 kulit, beri isian, gulung
Susu cair secukupnya
Tepung roti/panir secukupnya
Gulingkan di susu lalu di tepung
