Perfect for Nasi Kuning (fragrant yellow rice), Nasi Uduk (coconut rice), Soto (Indonesian soups) etc. I made these to accompany Tumpeng Nasi Uduk posted earlier 🙂
1 bag baby potatoes, halved
Vegetable oil, for frying
1 small onion
Garlic powder, nutmeg powder, ground white pepper, Vegeta powder, to taste
1-2, egg white
Fry potatoes
Grind into paste the onion, then mash the fried potatoes into onion paste
Season with garlic, nutmeg etc
Shape into balls, flatten a little, roll into egg white
Fry medium heat for 3-5 mins
