Harvested our apples and turned them into apple sauce and I kid you not, I can scoop this into my mouth in one sitting, as am a piggy lol
2 1/2 kg apples
3/4 c water
Wash clean apples, peel the skin, discard the seeds – Place apples and water in a pot and bring to boil oh high heat, then simmer on medium heat for 20-25 mins, covered, stirring occasionally. – Mash cooked apple to sauce and store in the fridge (yum!)
