Fermented cassava
Nata de coco
Cincau (black grass jelly)
Sweet ripe jackfruit
Toddy palm fruit
Coconut sweetened condensed milk
Rambutan/Lechi
Cocopandan syrup
Shaved ice
Slice or cube everything, place in a bowl.
Pour some syrup and top with shaved ice
Serve, and if you like, drizzle with sweetened condensed milk
