Just a quicky post for a quick to make dessert 😀 Just need to boil them and serve!
10 Thai banana
130 g cubed cassava
130 g cubed yams
1/2 scant cup coconut palm sugar
1/4 scat cup sugar
A generous pinch of salt
1 screwpine leaf, knotted
400 ml light coconut milk
400 ml full fat coconut milk
Boil everything but banana, until somewhat tender (15 mis)
Add in sliced bananas, boil another 10-15 mins until cassava and yams tender
