I kid you not, if I am not that lazy, my kids foods and snacks would always be pretty hahaha This pancake is only pretty because I want to share it on Steemit lol
– 1 c flour
– 2 tbsp sugar
– 1/2 tsp BP
– a pinch of salt
– 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
– 1 c nut milk
– 1 tsp vanilla essence
– fresh strawberries
– strawberry jam
– pancake syrup of your choice, optional
– olive oil
– Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, pour in wet ingredients, stir to combine
– Strain if needed, to ensure no lumps
– Brush Teflon with a tsp olive oil on medium heat
– Pipe/pour/squirt some batter on Teflon as shown on picture (like a whirl) – you can use piping bag or pancake bottle, or even spoon/measurement cup.
– Cook for 2-3 minutes, covered, until pores appeared.
– Flip and cook for another 1 minute
– Roll pancake into flower shaped.
– Put a spoon of strawberry jam on serving plate and place pancake flower on the jam
– Decorate with sliced strawberries (for the leaves, I cut some fragrant leaf, *Pandan*)
