How’s your morning so far? We are having a very cloudy morning with -24 C outside, but toasty inside as we set the temperature to +24 C, although it’s getting too warm I feel, yet some parts of this house feel colder still ?
It is only 10.17 AM and my babe is already requesting doughnuts ? that naughty babe ? Might make some later and share the recipe, I guess, depending how slow the day gonna be, but for now, let me share you what I had for breakfast earlier ?

I prepared a quicky chia pudding instead overnight pudding as most of the times my fridge is too packed, not with food, but hot sauces and pickles ? My husband has addiction when it comes to hot sauces and pickles, it seems ? So yeah, quicky pudding it was!

Ingredients
- 1/4 c chia seed
- 1/2 c hot boiling water
- 1/2 c frozen pitted dark sweet cherries
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 c coconut milk beverage (not coconut milk for cooking/baking from a can)
- 1 tbsp ground black sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- sweetener of your choice, optional
How To
- Soak chia seeds in hot water

Process frozen cherries with water

Easy, right? The portion is enough for a medium size mason jar and it’s packed with fibers, yummo.

I didn’t need any sweetener at all, but you can drizzle some maple syrup or mix in whatever sweetener you like.

Nutty Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/4 c chia seed
