How’s you doing today? It’s cloudy here still but at least strong wind and heavy rain stopped around dawn, so that’s a bright side, I guess lol
It’s like Summer is canceled, no, Summer’s back, baby. Nope, Summer is canceled again, aaaand it’s back. Over and over again lol
Anyways, just a quicky post of a breakfast idea (heck, I would have it whenever I feel like to be honest, not just for breakfast).
Vegans refer to this kind of porridge as “n’oatmeal”.
It’s similar to oatmeal, but it’s not using oat. We use chia seeds, hemp seeds, or a combination of those both. It’s pretty good, pretty filling, and high in fiber.

N’oatmeal (Healthier Oatmeal)
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 package zero calories sweetener
- Enough hot water
- Enough almond milk unsweetened
- Dried fruits and nuts
Instructions
- Mix seeds and flax, pour hot water, stir
- Add in sweetener
- Pour cold milk, top with fruits and nuts
- Enjoy
