My 3 yo loves them a lot like holy cow
1/4 c almond milk, lukewarm
Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp sugar and 1 tsp active dry yeast
Let stand to bloom
Meanwhile, place 2 c flour into stand-up mixer with dough hook attachment
Add in 6 tbsp dark brown sugar
Mix in 1 tsp cinnamon powder and 1/2 tsp allspice powder
Knead in 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
Knead in yeast mixture
Knead in 2 tbsp vegan margarine
Cover with clip wrap, let stand in warm place 30 minutes
Roll dough flat and cut with donut cutter
Place donuts in warm place for 10-15 minutes
Bake in preheated 350F for 25 minutes
Chocolate Ganache:
1 handful dairy free Choc chips, melt on double boiler
Stir in 2 tsp almond milk
Pour ganache into pipping bag
Pipe ganache on donuts
Enjoy
Oven Baked Pumpkin Donuts
Ingredients
- 1/4 c almond milk lukewarm

- 1 tsp cinnamon powder and 1/2 tsp allspice powder
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp vegan margarine
Ganache
- 1 handful dairy free Choc chips
- 2 tsp almond milk
Instructions
- Pour milk into a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and yeast, let bloom
- Using electric mixer, mix flour and sugar, followed with spices
- Mix in puree, yeast and margarine
- Cover with clip wrap, let stand in warm place 30 minutes
- Roll dough flat and cut with donut cutter
- Place donuts in warm place for 10-15 minutes
- Bake in preheated 350F for 25 minutes

- Melt chocolate on double boiler
- Stir in almond milk
- Pour ganache into pipping bag
- Pipe ganache on donuts
