Oh my dear husband. He loves coconut water but he doesn’t like the coconut chunks, so who gets to finish them always? Meeeeeeee πππ
So this morning while preparing breakfast for the boys, I saw the coconut chunks inside a glass, calling my name, but it’s Monday morning, heeecctttiiicccc morning, as always, so I forgot about itπ
Just now, while cooking for dinner (yes dinner is still hours away, but I have tons of things to do, so am preparing now, it’s soup anyways, it can be reheated just fine π), I spotted it again, there in the glass, covered with plastic wrap still calling out for me.
So I made smoothie with it π
Here is the smoothie and I called it superfood smoothie as it’s got chia, flaxseed, and green tea. Super food, super good π
And yes, it is my breakfast even it’s already 11.11 AM π A mother’s life you know, a driver, a maid, a helper, a booger-wiper, a cook, then and only then, a hungry mother π
