I had a late nap yesterday as I was dead tired. So happy the boys let me sleep so much ? The bad part, late dinner! Sorry boys ❤️❤️❤️
I prepared these tofu without marinating them as I usually do, but they turned up as good.
Easy to make and ready in less than half H.
They are good for a wrap and/or sandwich as well btw, but last night we had them with rice, steamed greens, humus, chickenless from Gardein and jerk seasoning (super spicy❤️)
Sharing this to my steemit.com page too!
