Yep, my lil T was being silly just yesterday when he wanted some fresh muffins when we just baked muffins the day before 😂😂😂
So I whipped a batch of yet another muffins for the family, using whatever fresh ripe fruit at home😊 Give this a try, they are sweet enough and perfectly moist.
1 c flour
1/4 c sugar
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp BP
1/4 tsp BSoda
Mix dry in a bowl
1 ripe banana
1/2 ripe avocado
1/4 c soy milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Mix in a separate bowl
Combine both and mix in 1/4 c vegan chocolate chips
Pour batter in muffins tray, sprinkle with more choc chips
Bake for 25-30 minutes on preheated 350 F
Cool on rack
Double Chocolate Avocado Muffins
Ingredients
