Hi Steemians!
It’s bloody hot outside, holy moly. I can see my forehead shinier, darker, and my hair all around blah. Humidity always makes my hair unhappy. Lol. It’s like I have to wash hair every day :-/
And the swarm of bees, wasps, tons of bugs attacking your face, lol, HOLY MOLY!
I have coconut flakes that are great to be served with warm rice and you won’t need any additional or side dishes. This dish is called “Serundeng”. Since I added tempeh (fermented soy bean cake), now the title is more to Serundeng Tempe. People can add beef slices and it would be Serundeng Daging (daging means beef), etc.
It does not look fancy, but it is so tasteful, you definitely should give a try 😀

Hai Teman!
Suka serundeng ga? Almarhum mbah putriku dulu sering banget dulang (kasih makan, bahasa Jawa) aku dengan serundeng daging buatan beliau. Dulang pakai tangan. Wadao sedeeeeeeuuuuppp nian deh.
Mbah tinggalnya di provinsi yang beda, jauh, jadi hanya bisa di dulang pas liburan ke rumah mbah saja.
Kalau dah balik kota sendiri, suka kangen. Kuliah aja ku kangenin. Apalagi tinggal di Kanada, dan mbah sudah ga ada. Kangen banget.
