Hi! In Indonesia, we like placing what we want to eat on one plate only, and we would refer it as nasi campur (mixed rice). This following nasi campur, is just a very simple lunch plate 🙂

Tofu, marinade:
1 block firm tofu, slice into portions
Enough water
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp Vegeta powder
Heat enough vegetable oil on medium high heat and fry tofu
Stir-fry okra:
2 c frozen okra, give a quick rinse just before adding to pan
1/2 of a medium size purple onion, thinly sliced
3 garlic, thinly sliced
2 tbsp cubed firm tofu
Vegeta powder to taste
Cumin powder to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Heat oil, saute garlic and onion to soften, stir in tofu and cook for 2-3 mins
Stir in okra and cook to soften
Season
Rice:
2 c rice, rinse
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1/2 tbsp Vegeta
Enough water
Cook on rice cooker
Gardein, beefless, prepare according packaging
Nasi Campur Vegan
Ingredients
Tofu
- 1 block firm tofu slice into portions
- Enough water
