We finally got mini donut maker and tried it out today. The booklet do say that donuts will get hardened after 20 mins.
More like cake/biscuit/cookie type
Still cakey while hot, biscuit when cooled, then become hard in room tempt
Mix:
3/4 c flour, sifted
1/2 c brown sugar (too sweet for me)
1 tsp BP
Add in:
3 tbsp sour cherry jam
3 tbsp almond milk
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Preheat your donut maker, drop by tbsp, cook for 2-3 mins
Enjoy while still hot/warm!

- 3 tbsp sour cherry jam
- 3 tbsp almond milk
