Rice:
1 c rice
1/4 c burghul
1/4 c white quinoa
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tbsp Vegeta powder
Enough water
Rinse rice burghul and quinoa, place in rice cooker pot
Add enough water and stir in Vegeta and flaxseed
Press the cook button

Roasted Veggies:
A bag of mixed veggies
Vegeta powder as needed (a pinch or two)
Ground cumin as needed (a pinch or two)
Dried tarragon as needed (“)
Smoked paprika powder as needed (“)
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Freshly cracked black pepper
Line aluminum foil on a pan, spray with oil light light
Mix everything and spread on pan
Bake on preheated 375 for 30 mins
