1 c rice
1/4 c white quinoa
2 tbsp burghul
Place into rice cooker pot, rinse and give enough water to cook
Add in:
1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds
2 tbsp dehydrated veggies
1/2 tbsp Vegeta powder
Turn on rice cooker until cooked
