We had our first BBQ of the season the other day
My boys love this chicken. My 7 yo complained as I borrowed his plate to take a picture 
I meant to thread them on skewers, but got lazy  So the father only grill the chicken cubes on grilling foil
6 chicken breast, boneless skinless, cubed
Marinade:
3/4 c kecap manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce)
1/4 c vegetable oil
2 garlic, crushed
1 tsp Vegeta powder
1/2 tsp each ground turmeric, cumin and coriander
A couple drops of Worcester sauce
Mix all and chill overnight
Grill and enjoy!
We also wrapped some potatoes as well 😀
