My 7 yo loves this kind mixed rice. Simple, easy, healthy
1 cup rice
1/2 c white quinoa
Enough water
Place in rice cooker, rinse, add enough water, and cook
Once rice cooker is done cooking, open lid, add Vegeta powder (or veggie buillon powder) and 1 can drained black beans (no need to rinse), stir to combine
Close back lid and ready to serve!
