Give the sauce a try and let me know if you like it as well 🙂
Wonton/spring roll skin, cut into strips, fry until crisp, set aside
Ready to use toasted almond slices
1 package shirataki noodle, drain, rinse, drain (for one serving, so for more people, use more noodles!)
Enough sauce (recipe below)
Microwave for 2-3 mins, stir and serve!
I add El Yucateco hot sauce on mine. Spicy and sweet, yummo!
Sauce:
1/4 c each sesame oil and soy sauce
1/2 c peanut oil
2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh is better, if not, store bought is fine)
1 tsp grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, crushed
6 green onions, thinly sliced
3/4 c peanut butter (creamy or chunky doesn’t matter)
Blender everything until smooth, let it stand in the fridge for at least an H before using
