A week worth breakfast mason jar oats!
Some of them will be overnight oats, some will be my smoothie
5 tbsp one minute oat
1 tsp purple yam powder
1 tsp chia seeds
Fruits of your choice (frozen/fresh is up to you)
For overnight: add plant milk of your choice and sugar/syrup of your choice
For smoothie: either water/plant milk, additional fresh/frozen veggies and sugar/syrup of your choice
Simple!
On the picture, I added frozen berries, fresh mango, fresh longan, fresh watermelon, and fresh jackfruit
