1 block firm tofu, crumbled finely
1 bag shiratakii noodle, rinse
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tahini
1/2 of a medium size onion, thinly sliced
2-3 garlic thinly sliced
4 white button mushrooms, sliced
6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 green onion, thinly sliced
Vegeta powder to taste
Crushed dried chili, a pinch or two
Black salt (kala namak), 1/2 tsp
6 grape tomatoes, halved
Heat oil, saute onion garlic mushroom
Stir in Tahini
Add in Tofu, season, cook for 2 mins
Add in noodle, stir
Stir in chopped basil and tomatoes, cook for another 2 mins
Serve immediately, sprinkled with sliced green onion
