Using store bought General Tso sauce 🙂
1 1/3 c water
1 c couscous
2 tbsp vegan margarine
A pinch of salt
Bring water to boil, add in couscous margarine and salt, stir
Lower heat and cook until water is absorbed
Take off from heat
2 c soy curls, soak in hot water for 1 minute, drain
1 bell pepper, sliced
1/4 c frozen brussel sprouts, rinse
1/2 c frozen sliced okra, rinse
1/4 of small onion, sliced
1 garlic, sliced
1 tbsp oil
1 package general tso’s sauce
Hungarian Vegeta powder or veggie bouillon powder
Heat oil, saute onion and garlic
Stir in veggies, cover and cook for 5 mins
Stir in the rest and cook for 2 mins
General Tso Fried “Rice”
